#1934: the variants of BoundaryRejection, each with whether it carries a
detail: String (the router’s description of a refused body or path). The
first three are the router’s BoundaryError kinds; Unauthorized is the
auth seam’s 401 to a request with no credential, and MethodNotAllowed
the router’s 405 to a method the path declares no handler for. The last two
are the router’s 413 (a capped body over its cap) and 415 (a @raw route’s
other Content-Type). Kept in
sync with responseToHttpOutcome in bynk-emit/runtime/src/http.ts.
